... it fun. I will take up #Automaticwin challenge and try to clock 10000 steps before 10 AM. I went to office yesterday and we were aksed to use staircase as a safety precaution. I had to climb 8 floors. Even though I look thin, due to my poor eating and sleeping habits I could not control my breath. I was so exhausted. This incident has given me a rough idea of my fitness level. Since weekend has already started, I will take up automaticwin fitness challenge to give a Kick start to it . Alongside stepping count you need to do it in stipulated time which helps you to curb your laziness and brings in discipline in life in the long run.
