Steem, and cryptos in general, are off to a nice bump in the last 24 hours or so. I'm not entirely sure why they are going up in price, but I'm not complaining.
Do you think this is a fake or have cryptos bottomed and we're heading on the next leg of a bull market?

I haven’t bought in a while, but this is probably the time to be buying and $ cost averaging. Only a matter of time before another big bull market hits. I think some other big news about crypto going mainstream may have to come up for that to happen.
Just a correction after all the selling the past few weeks. The alts desperately needed a bounce so its not necessarily a fake but rather a selling relief. I do think BTC we'll hit 7400-7500 though before we go back down though so I'd expect Steem and the other alts to follow the ride :)
