👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?
From a personal perspective, I view the medical process of aging as the result of a series of complex and interconnected changes. These changes are not limited to external factors such as my exposure to UV rays or my sedentary lifestyle but also encompass internal ones such as decreased hormone levels and reduced capacity for cell regeneration.
For me, aging does not begin at a specific age but rather from birth, with manifestations that evolve over time. It is an inevitable process that takes place at its own pace and can be influenced by hereditary and environmental factors. By better understanding these mechanisms and adopting appropriate lifestyle habits I believe it is possible to mitigate certain aspects of aging and live a more fulfilling life as I age.
👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?
I sometimes feel apprehensive about the aging process, especially when I consider the challenges that might come with it. The prospect of gradually losing my mobility and independence, as well as the possibility of dealing with chronic health problems, causes me some concern.
Additionally, the fear of seeing my cognitive abilities decline and finding myself alone and isolated as I age fuels my concerns. These challenges, combined with financial concerns related to retirement, are sources of anxiety that can influence my emotional and physical well-being. However, I remain committed to taking proactive steps to maintain my health, vitality, and social connection throughout my life.
👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?
In my quest to prevent premature aging, I make sure to include three essential nutritional elements in my diet. First of all, antioxidants take center stage in my diet because they neutralize free radicals that cause cell damage.
For this, I favor a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, as well as nuts and seeds rich in antioxidants. Next, omega-3 fatty acids play a crucial role in my health, particularly in maintaining my cardiovascular, cognitive and inflammatory health. That's why I make sure to include foods rich in omega-3 such as salmon in my regular meals. Finally, I consider collagen to be a key element for the health of my skin. For this reason, I strive to incorporate sources of collagen into my diet, such as bone broth, gelatin and certain dietary supplements to maintain the structure and elasticity of my skin over time. By combining these three nutritional elements, I aim to support my overall health and delay the effects of aging on my body.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?
To maintain a youthful appearance even in old age, I focus on three types of exercises that are essential for my health and well-being. First, I favor resistance training, such as weight training, to preserve my muscle mass, strength and bone density. This practice helps maintain healthy posture and a toned figure, which helps you look younger and in better physical shape.
Next, stretching exercises are an integral part of my daily routine. They are crucial to maintaining my flexibility, improving my range of motion and preventing joint stiffness. By maintaining good muscle and joint flexibility, I also promote elegant posture and reduce the risk of age-related injuries.
Finally, I don't forget cardiovascular exercises, such as walking, swimming and cycling. These activities are beneficial for boosting my blood circulation, strengthening my cardiorespiratory health, and maintaining a healthy body weight. By combining these exercises, I promote a youthful and energetic appearance, while maintaining my overall health and delaying the effects of aging.

I read that you have taken great care with your food. This is tremendous because in this way you help your body stay healthy.
Obviously, hereditary factors and environmental factors influence aging, however, as you write, our lifestyle is the third factor in this circle of life. We can't do anything with the genes we inherit. We can change the place where we live and we can have a healthy lifestyle.
Something that made me laugh but also made me think was "that from the moment we are born we begin to age" and that is true. The only thing is that as children we are not aware of that fact. Maybe not when we were young either because we are in an age of "scrambled hormones." In adulthood we begin to pay attention to the fact of aging. So although we begin to age from the moment we are born, we do not have the cognitive abilities to understand it until we mature.

Aging is the series of interconnected event which are taking place internal and its programmed process of cell regeneration slower down as the time passed hence we can dely it little bit by dopting a good life style.
As you told us you have a good habit of exercise and bone strength by weight lifting so that muscle density can ve improved.
Yeah, you do stretching exercises which are very important for body flexibility and maintaining the organ in proper motion.
