SEC-S16 / W1 | An Artistic Parasite

It is with great joy that I join you today to take part in the SEC-S16 / W1 | “An artistic parasite” organized by Healthy Steem Community. First of all, congratulations to Healthy Streem Community for being chosen for the Steemit Engagement Challenge. The idea of this competition for the first week is particularly captivating, and I greatly appreciate these creative initiatives. Without further ado, let’s dive into this artistic adventure.
The materials that will be my allies in this exploration are simple but powerful:
• Paper
• Pencil
• Eraser
• A felt-tip colored pencil
• Compass
These modest tools, which I consider as extensions of my creativity, will be the architects of my vision of the “artistic parasite”. The paper, like a silent witness, will be the receptacle of my ideas and my emotions. The pencil, a true extension of my thoughts, will trace the contours of this artistic exploration.
The eraser, always ready to erase imperfections, symbolizes the evolving nature of my creative process. The felt-tip colored pencil will inject a palette of nuances, reflecting the diversity of ideas and forms that an artistic parasite can take. Finally, the compass represents order and precision, essential elements to give shape to my inspirations.
I expect this artistic experience to push me to push my own creative boundaries, explore new ideas, and create something truly unique. Step By Step In Drawing VIRUS COVID
I began the work by drawing a circle using the compass, an initial gesture symbolic of the universe of the artistic parasite that I am exploring. On its surface, I meticulously formed antennas, thus revealing the first character traits of my work.
Afterward, I dove into facial details, seeking to capture and express the true nastiness of this virus. Each drawn line was a means of conveying the pernicious essence of this artistic parasite, revealing a dark and insidious personality.
Moving on to the coloring, I took the time to choose shades appropriate to this representation. Each color used carried meaning, adding nuance to my drawing and enhancing the emotional impact. The palette was a way to convey the intensity of the experience that I had and that I wish to share.
Finally, after several steps and deep engagement in the creative process, I got this drawing. It represents not only my vision of the artistic parasite, but also the emotions and ideas I invested in this work. I sincerely hope that you like it, that you can feel the power of my interpretation and that it sparks thoughts and conversations within the artistic community.
Tell Us What Led You To Choose That Parasite. Outstanding Details
This parasite, the COVID virus, was chosen by me because of a particular and exceptional personal experience. It affected me in a very direct way because I caught it myself. Living with the virus was an extremely difficult and distressing time, putting my life in danger for a month and a half. The threat of losing my life has been ever-present, creating an intense connection with this pathogen.
It was this proximity to danger that made my decision to draw the COVID virus so unique. I can express the profound impact this experience had on me. My artistic choice is not simply aesthetic, but is deeply rooted in a personal story of struggle and survival.
Over time, the image of the viciousness of this virus became indelibly etched in my memory. Every line, every detail of my drawing is an expression of the fear and resilience I felt during this critical period of my life.
Paradoxically, this difficult period also allowed me to discover the true nature of my friendships. I can testify to how my true friends emerged and revealed themselves during these moments of crisis. The COVID virus experience has acted as an eye-opener, allowing me to discern the strong, authentic connections that exist in my life. Thus, the choice to represent this parasite in my art becomes a way to tell a personal story and celebrate resilience, friendship and survival.

The COVID virus was one so deadly that the whole world was affected and shut down for it. I never experienced it so I might not get so much of the details on how you felt but from your writing, your experience wasn't a good. I am so glad you survived this virus.
In my country, we had series of persons that contacted this virus but they died within few weeks. I don't pray for such virus to come up again. We shall all be safe.

Greetings friend, everyone's lives changed since the pandemic. Many lost their lives and others managed to fight, thank God he survived and was able to realize the true friendships that supported him in those difficult times.

All I can see in this post is amazing and interesting to read .. Your artistic approach to the topic Artistic Parasite is intriguing and your choice of parasite is what gives me chills. The COVID virus is one of the dangerous virus that has attacked humanity and taken a lot of lives from the face of the planet Earth. The virus came into play on the late 2019 down through the 2020s. Many businesses and cities were shut down to practice safety amongst citizens and such practices then includes the practice of social distancing, wearing face mask , self isolation, frequent washing of hands and many more...
I saw you were directly affected byvthe virus at the time of it pandemic and it was so sad which you have to go through that phase.
Another thing that impresses me is your drawing of the COVID virus. The end result of the virus was showing how dangerous the virus is as the facial expressions says it all...
