Banana Raspberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 banana;
- 100-150 g fresh raspberries;
- half of an apple, sliced;
- pumpkin seeds and rolled oats for topping.
Directions:
Place the apple splices at the bottom of a small bowl. Process the banana and raspberries until smooth. Pour the mixture into the bowl and top with some rolled oats and pumpkin seeds, or whatever you prefer :).
Easy, quick and healthy way to start your day, Enjoy!

Thanks! Actually I don't have a garden of pumpkins, but I did have a can pumpkin puree around and I tend to always have some seeds too, I like putting them in salads haha
