Anonymous flower

I walked on streets today, beauty - not to describe! There in bloom trees, are covered with greens, there dandelions have rushed, and there is some bush, don't know even as it and to call.
Stands on a roadside in yellow color. And there is a lot of such bushes around the city! To know as they are called.
