Houston Town Hall And After Party

HOUSTON- After a few hours of working the streets of Baytown for the Cannabis Open Carry Walks movement we headed back towards Midtown Bar & Grill in Houston for a Town Hall & After Party. Once again P.P. Radio radio hosted the event and we were joined by Houston NORML.

We gathered on the patio to hear Lisa Blaylock from P.P. Radio start things off. She did a quick introduction of the agenda for the night and introduced LaTonya Whittington who was the Town Hall moderator for the evening. LaTonya addressed the crowd about Houston NORML, unity, supporting candidates who support more cannabis freedom and taking action.

First candidate to speak, Richard Carpenter, he is running for Agriculture Commissioner here in Texas. He spoke in high support for industrial hemp and described some of the major things we could be using it for. I support Richard 100%.

Second, Phil Gray running for Senate as a Libertarian, of course. Phil spoke about lowering the cost of gasoline, paying off the national debt and ending the war on drugs. All things I would love to see and work on with Phil. I have seen Phil work very hard, traveling the state of Texas and talking to many people, he was even at the Baytown event earlier in the day shaking hands and meeting people. Phil inspires me to keep going and working hard for this cause.

Last to speak was me, running for Governor. LaTonya asked me some really good questions about the open carry of guns movement from the past and the current cannabis movement. Also, she asked and a very good question, why our campaign was bringing in so many people from many different demographics. Our campaign does that by simply telling the message of Libertarianims in its purest form. Most people love freedom, people from all walks of life, if you give the message how it's suppose to be, then it's a message for everyone and that's why it attracts people from all walks of life. Freedom is popular, nobody wants their freedom watered down, they want it just like it suppose to be, untouched, raw, uncut, pure, and that's how this campaign presents it.

Our campaign is about love, freedom and innovation. We don't try to sell people on it, we lead by example, educate people in hope that they will too get active and be the change.
