A common belief is that the weather in Saint-Petersburg is worse than in Moscow because of the geographical location. We were three times in SPB during the past year and maybe we are so lucky but the weather there was better than in Moscow! So do not be afraid of nasty weather, enjoy the beauty of Saint-Petersburg!
