Exploring "self" more with doodle everyday

Coming with one more doodle work, from the lot I am doing. This one again comes from one another thing, that I like to make,eye (may be I don't know how to make rest of the things :P), so I keep making random eyes and put in somewhere in the middle of my art and just like that, an art of the day is ready.

I felt this one as a little dull. I made what actually was there in my mind but it came out differently from my imagination. The background etch is a bit simple and light in appearance then what I anticipated. I have little to no clue as what should I do to improve and then I just made my mind to accept it, however it is.
