WHY YOU SHOULDN'T EAT AFTER EXERCISE
Our nervous system has 2 modes, the relaxed mode which is Parasympathetic and fight/flight mode which is Sympathetic.
When we go exercise our body sees what to prioritize wherein its going to pull the blood away from areas of the digestive tract and then put it into our muscles. Our body isn't switch that we cannot just turn off our nervous system. It has to take 30-45 minutes to cool down after exercise and get back to a relax state. After you exercise your body is still stimulated or in a sympathetic mode and your not going up to digest food as well as you waited 30-45 minutes.
It's really simple! Just wait until you relax to eat and you digest better.
