Life's Examination

I read something about tj4real post about life's examination, potentials and obstacles that was very extremely good work.
But here in Ghana, identifying one's potential is very a tedious work I may say it. People hardly identify their potentials and to work on them to enhance successful future for them as well as others.

I was once told by @asarefrederick that coming out of the university, you need to be universal, you need to be all round but here in Ghana, there is the case of unemployed ( university graduate). The unemployed graduates outnumbered the job opportunities there by forming an association called Unemployed Graduates Association as well as putting pressure on the government to provide them with jobs. So I'm asking can these graduates identify their potential.

Potentials can be well identify but for me not on the continent of Africa, West Africa precisely Ghana because if over thousands graduates and more are yet to come from the university and fold their hands looking forward for the government of the day to provide them so called potentials.

Nowadays, there's something I will call it a tip, since poeple have failed to identify their their potentials, they tend to dulge in the nursing training cause at least they will receive some allowances and be posted as well.
I am not saying there's no potentials but to discover them, are the brouhaha of the day.
