Pace ODB Adapter (Unboxing)
I received a PACE ODB Adapter to test.
There are several ODB (On-board diagnostics) out there, but my friend send me his PACE Adapter as there is no official Androidapp yet. So I will test it using the official Apple iOS Software.

If this is the first ODB Adapter you are seeing let me shortly describe how to use this Adapter.
You plug this Adapter into the ODB Port of your Car. Every car build after 1996 has an ODB Port. That's the port your mechanic usually plugs-in his PC to find out if there is a problem with the car. So once you plug-in PACE into the OSB PORT and connect it to your Phone, the data your car is reporting will be send to the app.
- PACE will help you with these things:
- Save fuel (Fuel Log)
- Reports problems with your car (error codes)
- Traffic Monitor
- Automatic Emergency Call
- Find my Car
- Performance Monitor
You can get more information HERE
I will write another post about the usability of the app and the adapter performance soon!
Are you already using an ODB Adapter? Let me know via comment if you think these adapters are helpful !!!
