Borchardt Berlin

The Borchardt Berlin is a Restaurant in Berlin where all the famous and glamorous people tend to dine and have lunch. I have often seen Stars from all over the world here. They have a excellent lunch menu which is not too expensive.

Lunch

I chose the Lunch Menu with Fish and a small salad. Usually they have only inside seating but in the summer they open their terrace which is very nice. There were several German Bundestag Politicians having lunch, I didn't take pictures to keep their privacy.

@knozaki2015 - I walked right past the area where Borchardt is located, while walking from Brandenburg gate to Alexanderplaz last summer - but alas, had to go to an Indian restaurant because the Indian gentleman with me was a pure vegetarian and insisted on going to an Indian restaurant. I wish I had seen your blogs before- I would have made a stand, at the risk of displeasing my companion :) The fish looks succulent and very tastefully presented. Kudos on your taste and talent for finding these lovely meals.

I am continuing my focus on wildlife. Today I wrote a blog on Snoozing parrots with my musings about Thomas Carlyle equating parrots to economists. Borchardt Berlin has such a great history, more than 150 years of existence! A monument I will say!
That fish looks very delicious, it seems to have sesame seeds too! Just wondering what was the garnish and emulsion!
