Im giving it a shot and thinking the answer is = 10

Answer is 10$, reason : a letter which forms closed loop or a closed letter like - 'P', 'D', 'O' etc costs 2$ and remaining letters costs 3$.
using this every given ones satisfy and MUSIC = 5x2 = 10$
