Take good care of them.

Be loyal to them.

Protect them.

Be their hero, by helping them to proffer solution to their problems.

Do the hard work - make life easy for them.

Build a great relationship with them.

Give them more than you take from them.

Don't take them for granted.

Always remember that the herd has value. Never ever forget that.
