Is BTC finally breaking this resistance?
As i write this bitcoin is trying to break above $4000.
Will this time be the breakout above 4100 and 4300 ultimately?
Or do you think that strong resistance will hold and we will go lower at least in the short term?

Things will become clearer within a few weeks from now.
Volumes look good for a try but it seems most interest is in alt coins at the moment, not bitcoin.
I feel like the sentiment on the markets is changing to a bull mindset and the FOMO is starting to hit us. I think it might take some more months to see some major movements, but it probably will reach the level you mention very soon.
