Winegrower Salad Recipes
Ingredients:
500 gm sliced meat sausages
400 gm of Emmentaler
3 granny apples
20 pickles
For the sauce:
75 gm of ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon mustard
Pepper
Salt
Preparation:
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, then set the cut meat tote into thin pieces, along with also the grated Emmental thick.
Step 2
Peel the apples , extract the heart grate them and put them into the bowl.
Step 3
Cut the gherkins into thin pieces, and put them into the preparation.
Step 4
To complete, set the remaining components in the preparation, and blend. Put in the refrigerator or enjoy.
