Understanding the CSA - Adam Kokesh Arrested on Drug Charges
I think what many people are failing to recognize is the fact the CSA is regulated under the commerce clause. The power to regulate commerce is not a power to restrict, prohibit or deny.
The CSA was never intended to be directed at users outside of commerce. No rules of the legislature can be construed to deny the rights of the people rather they be enumerated or not. This includes, but is not limited to the right of self-ownership of one's body, the right to regulate one's own health, the right to grow and consume the natural plants and herbs of the earth etc.. etc..
