If there was such a problem in hospitals before, I can't imagine what is happening now. Especially after this pandemic situation. It must be complicated for people to take care of their loved ones at home because it takes a lot of time and effort. I can't imagine how much they spend to hire a personal care assistant. I don't know how real the "Virtual short-term department" is, but I hope that many people will be able to access this. I think this will help many people physically, mentally, and financially.
