Utopian.io Time reward release not the same on the Steemit
Expected behavior
I am expecting that the time release of reward from steemit and here in utopian are the same.
Actual behavior
While checking the release time on steemit and compare here on steemit, i have noticed that the time of utopian release was 8 hours earlier than on steemit.

I live in the Philipppines and my timezone is Singapore.
- Browser: Chrome
- Operating system: Windows 10 x64
###How to reproduce
1.To reproduce this you need an approved contribution with less than a day reward time release
2.Go to steemit and check the post reward release time and open a new tab
3.on the new tab visit your contribution page and check the reward time release
