Steem.lol suggestion UI improvement and custom meme upload

SteemLOL is website just like 9gags where you can post memes.

Proposal

Currently the create post page of steemlol is not that catchy for me . There are tons of thumbnail images that you can choose as your mem but you have to screen down to see the preview. So what i suggest is to make the current page much more catchy and minimize the space used by the editor. It is much better if the user does not need to scroll down just to view the preview. Also , the editor should allow user to upload custom meme.
