Today i started work at 5am after getting out of bed at 3.45am and finished by 2pm this afternoon, then it was off to the Airport to drop the rental car back and get ready for my 5pm flight home.

I thought i would give you a tour of the Airport so you can see what its like, Christchurch is an International & domestic Airport.

I have never had a Tank smoothie before but after having this 🍓🥤one i think i may have the odd one, rather healthy as well.

It's quite a nice Airport and not massive so it's easy to get around, lots of Artwork around the place to look at while you wait for your flight.

On the right are the ATR 72's we use and are a very popular safe plane used Worldwide in domestic air travel, i will be on one like that very shortly.

Here i am finally on the plane watching the fuel team fill up the plane with aviation gas, on the right was 5 minutes after we took off from Christchurch on this nice sunny cold day.

I landed back at my home Airport in the North Island after an hour's flight with my partner waiting for me, Smudge was nowhere to be seen neither were the kids LOL.

On Sunday in around 40 odd hours i will be heading back to Christchurch for another week's work at the same place, that should complete that job.

Feeling quite tired and i think i will sleep well tonight, have a good day wherever you are on 🌍
