Sunday Morning
Happy Sunday everyone on the Steem Blockchain on this sunny slightly windy day from me in New Zealand, i started today with my normal early morning walk.
I went for a Mountain bike around 10.30am which took around 90 minutes to complete, after coming home and having a shower i was lucky enough to be given some yummy food to nibble on.
This is our Lunchtime snack which was very nice and refreshing and i thank my partner for getting it ready
Here are my MYZone stats from the belt i wear around my chest which shows no red today - i must try harder tomorrow!
These are the stats from Map my Ride which i mainly use to calculate distance and average speed
I am starting to include this sealed piece of track in my rides as its downhill one way and a climb back - a steady incline which mixed with some decent wind can make it harder.
This morning i had this track to myself which is strange as there always seems to be someone on this track.
New track
Yesterday i went to another place in town that has a track i ride sometimes, yesterday i noticed a track going off the main one which i explored. It looped around linking back up but gives me a new section to ride
The birds were chirping their little hearts out yesterday when i took these pictures, very relaxing to listen too.
And i even got in the way of the camera for a change, my poor camera lol
Anyway that has been my Sunday morning so far, what have YOU been up to this morning??

How much is watermelon over there? we have had $30 per kg for Watermelon!!
Some whole watermelons were $110 each - who can afford that?
😱 That’s insane 💰£2.50 can easily buy you a small watermelon from the supermarket here in England. There are some exotic, often Arabic or African fruit and veg stalls that sell ginormous watermelon slices, prices start from £1.50. Watermelons are quite cheap in summer down south in Europe, they sell large ones for less than a £1 😍
