Welcome to Mc Wednesday here in New Zealand where the weather is Sunny and 20 degrees, i started the day by dropping the kids at High school and then i went straight to the GYM.

This is day 4 in a row and i am getting back into the groove of going to the GYM, today i managed 30 minutes on the Stairmaster which got me 2200 stair steps.

Then i did 30 minutes in the Elliptical trainer and left rather sweaty and the time was only 9.50am, after a shower and change of clothes i put some washing on and had a banana/egg/milk & Greek yoghurt smoothie.

So as you know the rest of my Family has Mc Donald's on Wednesdays and i normally have a T-Bone steak with eggs and a salad, today i went to the supermarket and all of the T Bone steaks were tiny - so i got some Sirloin instead for me and Katface to eat.

As i was unpacking my dinner i had a guest food critic come up on the bench and evaluate what i had purchased, it seemed to pass the test 😂

I wonder if he realizes he will be having some of this steak later 🤔🐈

I have also had further confirmation that after the Auckland work which starts next week, i will be in visiting these locations in Australia in the coming months

Melbourne 3 x trip's, 1 in April & 1 in July then another in October

I transited through Melbourne airport in October of last year on my way to Adelaide & Perth so this time i will get to see more than just the airport.

Brisbane/Gold Coast 2 x trip's, 1 in May & another in September

I as you know love the Gold Coast/Brisbane area and am looking forward to getting back there!

Perth 1 x trip in November

Loved the week i had in Perth in October of last year and looking forward to a return visit.

Sydney 1 x trip in August

Last year i spent a week at Manly beach but this one will be more inner city based so that should be interesting.

So a busy-ish year coming up with lots of travel

Right i better go and clean the BBQ for tonight's feast.
