Friday Bike ride
Merry Friday to everyone on the Steem blockchain wherever you are on 🌎 i have had a semi active start to my day which started with a 3.5K walk at 6am.
We then went Shoe shopping for my other half to get her some new walking shoes for our after dinner daily walk's, when we got back i decided to jump on my Mountain bike and go for a ride since it is a nice sunny day here.
I went to Kitchener park and then on a new track to give me a grand total of 23K biked, here are some pics from my journey..
It had clouded over a little and was a great temp for some fast riding, i felt as though i had batteries in my legs and used that to power my ride.
Here is the Iron horse i am riding these days with the 4inch wide tires which give great stability and traction

That is my Friday so far and apart from looking at my solar app meter there is not a lot else happening, i do plan to go for a swim soon as its nice and sunny outside.
