Back in da saddle 🚴🚵🚲
I have been looking at my bike for the past 7 days and finally today i went for a ride, there has been plenty of walking in the past week but no bike riding.
Today after getting the groceries with the boss i went for a ride, it was great to get out in familiar surroundings for a ride.
We have a cool-ish day here with a top temp of 20 degrees with some cloud, no wind really which worked out good while riding.
Here are my Fitbit stats for my bike ride where i rode 33K, tomorrow i think i will ride again and get back into the habit.
We had a Roast chicken for dinner tonight which is a butterfly one, only takes 65 minutes to cook and the chicken is tender as.
And yes as the chicken was cooking we got a visitor that is supposedly from quality control.
I have also been for a couple of 3K walks to stretch the legs, tonight i will be relaxing and watching some TV.

Oooh, yeah. That's one tasty looking chicken. Where are the pigs in blankets, roasties, yorkshire puds and token vegetables?
We had mashed potato vegies and gravy, no pigs in blankets or Yorkshire pudding.
Decent though. I love mash and gravy. Have you ever tried adding sweetcorn to your mash? If not, I recommend it.
