Welcome to Friday here in New Zealand on this warm but cloudy day, smudge got me up ths morning bright and early which meant i started my 3K walk at 5.30am.
Just after 7am i got in the car and drove to the GYM, this would be day # 11 in a row of at least 1 x hour cardio at the GYM.
After 1 minute on the Stairmaster my brain was saying yeah you should have had a rest day, 3 minutes later my legs were pumping and enjoying the exercise.
After 20 minutes on the stairs i then went and did 40 x minutes on the elliptical trainer which was awesome - at the end of my workout my brain was saying lets come back tomorrow! 😆
I feel really good for not whimping out on the workout this morning and am certain tomorrow will be day 12, my brain will come up with all sorts of excuses.
After the GYM we headed into town to finish our Christmas shopping...i think!, we got an external hardive for one of the kids as they wanted more storage 🙄
This afternoon i plan to sit and drink water and watch a NBA games and maybe a swim later.
