My Favorite Meal: NZ LAMB ROAST

This is my entry into the #the100daysofsteem competition #writingchallenge03 were Steemit users have been asked about their favorite food, my favorite meal would have to be Lamb Roast with Roasted Vegetables.

Here is a Lamb Roast we had a couple of weeks back

Here is the Lamb cut up and ready to eat

Here are the potatoes, pumpkins and kumera cooking in the oven, all we need is Gravy and MINT JELLY and we are good to go!

If i was allowed only one meal before i die i would be having this

I remember having Lamb Roast as a kid growing up and being an adult has not changed that, with winter fast approaching more Lamb Roasts will have to be had
