I weighed myself yesterday to find I now weigh 90kg! - normally I sit around 84-85kg and even then I want to get to 80kg!
I did think I have put weight on recently over the winter, the plan now is to walk some of this weight off 😎
I went for a walk after dinner with my son who was riding his BMX bike
We also saw some beautiful flowers and plants while out on our walk
It’s Monday here today in New Zealand and I am pleased Monday is done for another week🌏
