Steemit.com - language support, translation, & closing 2 issues

This is a summary of improvements I made to the steemit.com website on June 2nd, 2018 the pull requests were approved today June 11th, 2018.

Summary

• Fix logic that was hard-coding english instead of using translations for "Links" menu, "My Feed" element, and "All tags" element
• Add missing French translations to the src/app/locales/fr.json file
• Close 2 minor issues on steem github #2666 & #2785

Remove hard-coded English on front-page

Previously the right bar on the steemit.com navigation had hard coded English, I'll use the French setting to demonstrate:

The words "Links", "My Blog", and "My Wallet" were hard-coded. I have changed this to use the Steemit localization function, in code this looks like {tt('g.links')} instead of Links for each of those words.

Adding missing French translations for front-page

After making the code change I realized some French translations were missing. I added 8 new translations within the GUI for the French language and fixed one small typo.

Issue #2666

This reported issue was a simple fix. #2666 was a request to use the word "received" instead of "transfered" when getting funds on steemit:

Previously would have said "Transfered 15.240 from binance-hot"

Issue #2785

#2785 was a request to switch the language across all the locales to read "Steem Account" instead of "Steemit Account":
