My first independent operation
I almost forgot to tell you, a week ago was my first independent operation, a patient, a guy with a fairly rare chronic trauma to the spine, a football player. I was going to go to professional sports. We placed transpedicular screws. Usually we put up to 10 screws and the rest of the hooks. The more screws - the more stable the "system". So, to him we "twisted" 24 (!!!) transpedicular screws! The truth and preoperational development has helped - the deformation "allowed" to put so many transpedests. The time of operation, of course, increased, but then the result is better and the design is more stable !!! On the second day I already verticalized it, and on the 7th he, with his mother, safely left the hospital walls, happy with the result! That's what they left me, I'm proud of it:
