My First post -Simple but magical cure for hyperacidity and gas

About My Condition-My Problem

I am a 32 years old female. I live in New Delhi. I was born and brought up on mountains in a small place called Pauri (a beautiful hamlet on mountains) in Uttarakhand (a Northerly State on Indian Himalayas) till I completed my college. Not fate but my desire to have a career in city brought me to Delhi.

Physical exercise, running, aerobics, Gym etc etc. Eating 2-3 hours before sleeping, with an elevated bed ooofff…what not. But no substantial improvements. On Physicians prescription, I was taking Omaprazole and all the other ……prazoles empty stomach every morning, some of them even prescribed me antibiotics to get rid of H pylori infection. Frankly I feel I never had any infection. My bio-chemistry was always normal. Some even gave me sedatives and CNS relaxant saying I was under some kind of stress..i told them, hey, I have no stress..but they insisted that I had…don’t know why ??????. I even visited Chiropractors can you believe? They did some kind of massage on my stomach and cracked my bones at strange places.

About My Common Sense

As my tests were always normal one thing at least I knew that my condition of hyperacidity and Gas is not because of any bio-chemistry imbalance but it is a physiological issue. Perhaps some kind of structural issue or most probably genetic issue as my mother also has the same condition and she has been bravely battling it since more than 40 years. So, I stopped visiting any physicians as those visits bring you actual stress and unnecessary pills to pop up which do more harm than good. But Now what…. Well, I am going to tell you now the secret of my cure and trust me I am absolutely fine these last few months. This has made me so happy that I want to celebrate everyday by telling people how I did it. It’s kind of an invention for me. I feel I am a scientist and I can bring great hope with my cure to this mankind…big words hmm. Honestly, I just want all of you to know that this works. I will be happy if I can bring some help to people suffering from Hyperacidity and Gas conditions as I knows how it awful feels.

And Finally, about My Cure

First, I am not a doctor and I am sharing this as I feel this is a wonderful, simple, harmless and magically beneficial for people suffering from conditions of Hyperacidity and Gas both. You are free to consult a doctor before you try out these and you should check and know your own individual medical conditions related to below suggestions and practice with precautions at your own risk if any.

Ok you might want to know that how I found it, well I got it by doing and practicing several things on myself to know my own body. To keep it simple and small: The below 3 worked for me and I am super good now.

Natural or Herbal Laxative

You need to keep your all parts of large and small intestine clean and free from undigested food at all times every day as they cause Gas. You should not at all take synthetic laxatives but must go for natural laxatives. It could be anything for you be it Aloe Vera, Flax seeds, psyllium Husk, Senna Tea or anything that you know works for you. In my case I take Hamdard Safi Syrup which is a wonderful formula of some very heathy and beneficial ayurvedic herbs. This is actually taken as a blood purifier in India and is considered as one of the oldest formula for ayurvedic herb syrup for blood purification. This has got Senna which is of my main interest to take it and use it as a laxative. This serves as a multiple beneficiary in my case. You should take it at night with water exactly before sleeping.

Agnisar Kriya or Agnisar Pranayam

Agnisar Pranayam will give you, Life or Pran in Hindi. It will provide you internal energy and give vitality and totally cure your digestive issues with a regular practice. This will strengthen your abdomen muscles to do their work as naturally required. Do Agnisar Pranayam daily empty stomach after morning rituals of passing bowels. Check on internet how to do and other related things. This has great permanent benefits. I am doing this every day morning daily since many many months.

Kunjal Kriya

I do this practice every week or at least thrice a month, mostly on a Sunday when I am relaxed and there is no rush to go anywhere. In my case if hyperacidity begins it won’t go for at least 3-4 days then once it was gone for may be a day or two again came back with a vendetta. The day I started doing Kunjal Kriya I realized that this was the only way to take the acid out. Initially it looked a bit uncomfortable to me but when I realized its benefits rather permanent and immediate benefits I was annoyed with myself why I didn’t practice it earlier. This greatly helps in cleaning the stomach also removes gas, acidity and indigestion. It also removes extra mucus from the food pipe or esophagus. Check on internet how to do and other related things.

I just want you to know that all complicated problems have the simplest solutions. I feel that may be medical science has reached a state where man has cure for almost everything now but I guess simple techniques known long ago by our fore fathers especially as written and practiced in Ayurveda and naturopathy can also cure almost everything. It just takes us to keep searching and understanding our own body, the signals and it sends us. If we know then Happiness flows everywhere. Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?

Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
