Greek soldiers
I took this photo during the changing of the guard in front of presidential palace in Athens. The soldiers are called The Evzones and they are dressed in traditional uniforms. I know that all of its elements symbolize something but I can only recall that they have 400 frills on their 'skirts', which represent 400 years of Turkish captivity. I especially loved the pompoms on their shoes. And their walk! You should definitely see how strangely they move. I forgot to mention that it's highly prestigious job which requires o lot of training and it's really hard to become one.
