Try smarter.

I often hear people say, "you have to try harder if you want to succeed", and I think it is mostly overrated as a word because working or trying hard at something doesn't mean it will work better or that you weren't doing that before things stopped working.

Smart work is more than just exerting energy and spilling out sweat. Sweat work is good and I have nothing against working hard, but the idea of living to win means you should continuously improve your skills.

Work like the idea is just standing in front of you and never allow the little setbacks live you ruffled.
You can choose to work smart if working hard fails. Sweat and blood doesn't always make the individual shedding it rich. It is the smart workers who are able to get the better part of the goodies from the sweat of the hard worker.

Be smart and stay innovative.
