Most icos done on Eth just leave, is icos really good for eth? They just take money from the ecosystem while also trying to beat them...
Its a free market. ETH is currently the largest blockchain for ICOs, because it's been around for a relatively long time and have a significant history of ICOs. ETH isn't going to reject an ICO because the coin may later on move to a new blockchain. How could they even manage such a thing when there are 1,000s of ICOs being planned across numerous platforms.

What mostly don't know: If you have Exodus wallet with your EOS, than you register your EOS very easy inside the wallet. No need to bring them into a exchange platform. Exodus making this easy for they clients.
