Things to do:
Have a drink at The Raffles Hotel
Stroll around the bay during the light show (2x per evening)
Visit Little India - check out Mustafa's (a gigantic indoor market)
Gardens by the Bay are pretty amazing -late at night with lights.
Sample local food & the hawker stalls will have some of the best priced food you can find.
Walk underground forever... and ever.
Check out some high end breakfast buffets
A michellin guide was recently published for hawker food, it doesn't list the best hawker food you can find here but it's a nice guide. It's also the cheapest michellin starred food you'll ever eat :P
Sentosa is great with it's integrated resort, casino, theme park and beaches.
The zoo is awesome if you have kids, as is the bird park and night safari.

Hi from @ace108 from SG.
There's nature around if you seek. I've not seen the resident otters family but caught a sight of one lone otter in Lorong Halus Wetland last week. Too bad not close enough to take a pic.
Even wild boars in the news.
