THE DAIRY GAME : CORP MEMBERS MEETING WITH THE ADMIN STEEMALIVE COMMUNITY @focusnow AND THE ABA COORDINATOR @samuel20. - 16/10/2021
Hello my fellow steemians, Today on my daily diary I will like to share with us about my first experience In the physical training meeting that holds every Saturday at steemalive office at number 208 Azikiwe Road Aba, Abia state. I was taken by very good friend and roommate @peterabagi to the office where I met with @focusnow and @samuel20 .
It was really a privilege for me to finally meet these great and influential men. I personally learnt a lot from their humility and simplicity. I really learnt a lot from @focusnow because of the time and effort he put in teaching us how to do better on Steemit platform and the amount of encouragement he gave to us. I stand grateful for the time spent in the Steemalive office.
I was woken at exactly 5am by my roommate to get ready for our lodge morning devotion as always, It’s always a wonderful time with God in the morning before any other activity of the day.
After the devotion my roommate @peterabagi told me about the Saturday training at the steemalive office that starts by 10:00am, and I told him that I will like to go along with him.
So we went ahead l to fo all our morning chores, and as I washed my roommate made breakfast after which we ate together.
I had a meeting with my business team that morning but had to cancel due to the absence of one of us and I leveraged it as an opportunity to be a part of the training. By 10:00am I was fully dressed and ready to take the journey.
I and my roommate left the lodge together at about 10:30am using a keke napep and on open getting close to the Junction that leads to Azikiwe road my roommate recalled that he had forgotten his hard copy passport photograph which was requested for in the office for his Steemalive Identity card so we got down and hurriedly walked back to the lodge to get it.
So we got the passport, came out and boarded another keke to the office.
On our arrival, we received a warm welcome from our leaders as they were glad we came around and I for sure was overwhelmed to finally meet them.
- We talked about how to get more registered corp members and how it could be a good source of income for them.
- We talked about how to help and motivate registered corp members on Steemit to become more active on the platform.
- We talked about how to help in active steemians in general move from being very inactive to being very active on the platform.
- We also talked about errors made by newbies while creating content and how to help them create good and plagiarized free content on steemit.
- We also talked about how to get free images from pixaybay and other free platform.
- We talked about crypto academy on steemit and the criteria’s to meet before partaking in their contest.
I was really motivated and made to feel this sense of belonging to steemit and especially the steemalive community. I also had the opportunity to submit some of my post for scrutiny and voting. I was really impacted and went back with more knowledge about how things work on steemit and the advantages an active member stand to gain on steemit.
The meeting came to an end at about 12:30pm. On standing to take our leave, the admin of steemalive community appreciated our visit in cash and in kind and requested we all took a selfie photo together. How happy and honored I felt before we finally took our leave after a great impact.
After the meeting my roommate and I went to buy soup stuff from high life market which was meant for the weekend but the sun was so much and it took alot of time to wait for the okra and vegetables to be sliced.
Nonetheless we finished and went back to our lodge to prepare our food and continue with the rest of the day.
It was really a great and impactful day for me and I aim to be able to be of great impact and influence on the Steemit platform and beyond soon.
