Nigeria i hail thee....

Set out this early morning to work and everywhere is so jammed with heavy traffic.....

Its really annoying and frustrating i tell you, having to sit hours in the same position on a highway...

And so many complaints around me already, about how terrible the country is...
How things are not working...
How this....
How that....

There's no light...
There's no water....
There's no money either.....
Survival in the country now has a logo "it is for the fittest"...
Poverty is eating deep into the system....
Child labour has become the order of the day...

So many things....
But guess what?

It just occurred to me that its in our hands to make life a better place for ourselves...
We have to learn to adjust in such a say that life is bearable for us...
We have to bring about the change ourselves because change starts with us as individuals first...

No matter how the situation might be though..
I'm still proudly Nigerian....

I'm proud of my nation....
I'm proud to be in my country at a time as this....
And I'm so sure that there's a greater good lying ahead of us all....

We just gotta keep pressing forward....
