Many at times, it has been proven that stress, inadequate sleep poor nutrition, and other anonymous lifestyle component leads to fatigue.

Peradventure you feel all dizzy and tired even when you're on a right diet, good sleep, and other positive factors but you're still suffering from fatigue, it is advisable to seek medical advice or prescription.

Having said that, below are some of the factors that will help you overcome fatigue:

Lose weight to gain energy

Are you a plus-size being, or is your body constantly carrying excess weight? Doctors have proven that, if your body contains excess fat then there is every possibility that your heart carries an extra strain which is the reason why you're always tired. Nevertheless, it won't be the same if you lose weight, you'll feel much energetic and full of life.

In a nutshell, the best way to lose weight is a constant exercise and healthy nutrition.

Sleep well

Sleep, as most of us know; is the best form of rest. Majority of folks out there fails to get the proper amount of sleep they need due to work activities or other life prospects.

According to a Psychiatrists, he advises:

  • Avoid naps during the day
  • Relax very well before you go to bed
  • Go to bed and wake up at the exact time every day.

Reduce your intake of alcohol

Alcohol is quite dangerous to health especially when we consume too much. It even affects our system thereby leading to constant fatigue and restlessness.

Some people gulp a glass of wine before heading to bed at night, the reason is; it helps them fall asleep quickly. Unfortunately, they'll be very tired and exhausted the next day even if they sleep complete 8 hours.

Try as much as possible to eliminate alcohol before bedtime. You'll be more strong and energetic the next day.

The NHS recommends that men and women should not regularly drink more than 14 units a week, which is equivalent to 6 pints of average strength beer or 10 small glasses of low strength wine. source

Moreover, do everything within your power to have diverse alcohol-free days every week.

There's a type of fatigue that you can distinguish from just a sugar crash or something like that. It's a type of fatigue that stays with you and drags you down constantly. Vitamin D is a good idea because vitamin D deficiency can cause that serious type of fatigue. Another one I was thinking about is sleep apnea. In the winter when it gets cold out your nose gets runny and that can maybe cause your nose to become blocked even if you clean your nose out so when you sleep you're not breathing properly. Also if you take vitamin D that can deplete magnesium since vitamin D uses magnesium so you have to make sure you're getting enough magnesium.

Brilliant idea! Pertaining the nose block thing, I do get such most times and it becomes difficult to have an Easy-peasy sleep... I think ill buy the Vitamin D idea. Thanks for stopping by, you're followed!

Happy to Help :)
