A favorite past time

This franchise is a favorite past time of mine. I remember spending countless dollars on the arcade machines at the cinemas as a child on the original. I Decided to do a review on this game because it means so much to be, although it's been out for a couple of years now, I started playing it again and it reminded me why I love this series, so much.

A Fast-Paced, Intense, Colorful Representation

You can't flaw the perfect flow that this game has. It's fast paced, it's colorful, it's intense and also has endless possibilities. It's the best representation of the series that the publishers and developers have ever released. My absolute favorite. With an incredible amount of Ultimate Abilities, Character Selection, Level Selection, Game Modes, Roster Combos, Cosmetics and more - There really is something for everyone in this series!

Game Play

The gameplay remains complex and diverse, full of incredible combinations and rotations you can try and use. One of the things I always am concerned about when a sequel or new version of a game is released is if it's going to be watered down by the publishers and developers, i'm so happy to say that this game hasn't fallen victim to that fate. The Artwork and intense fast paced gameplay flows so incredibly well together and it also comes with an awesome soundtrack to boot!

Character Selection

One of the first things you'll notices (of course) is the fact that there is a MASSIVE amount of selection possible when it comes to what characters you choose for each battle. It's my favorite aspect of the game, it's sooo endless. You can pit Spiderman against Ryu, Deadpool against Wolverine, Jill from Resident Evil against the Hulk. It's great.

Final Thoughts

This is one helluva fighting game - The combinations, roster and possibilities are endless. If you're a fan of this genre, you have to check it out! I seriously think this is a vast improvement upon past iterations of the franchise, they've improved upon every aspect and I'm happy to report on that.
