Sunday 10km LSD
I just finished a 10.115km run that lasted about 1hh:15mm:32ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was very warm at 31 degree Celsius and I ran 10km at easy pace at the park near my place. The park was full of people at 5.00pm. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
