Yatugatake Parking Area 八ヶ岳パーキングエリア
This is the Yatsugatake parking area (highway rest stop) of Central Highway. Unlike the service area, it is small in the parking area, but here is something good for souvenirs.
中央自動車道の八ヶ岳パーキングエリア上りです。
サービスエリアと違ってパーキングエリアで小さいのですが
ここは色々お土産にいいものが揃ってます。
It is retort of Kiyosato curry of Yatsugatake original. It is a retort of Kiyosato curry which can be eaten in this parking area.
八ヶ岳オリジナルの清里カレーのレトルトです。
このパーキングエリアで食べられる清里カレーのレトルトです。
It is processed meat of Yatsugatake smoked workshop.
As a recommendation, I think that it is better to eat bacon or sausage by topping as shown in the picture of Kiyosato carry package of retort.
Many other snack "Sinsyu limited" versions are also being handled.
I think that it is a convenient parking area when you forget to buy souvenirs.
八ケ岳燻製工房の加工肉です。
おすすめとしてはレトルトの清里カレーにパッケージの写真のように
ここのベーコンやソーセージをトッピングして食べるというのがいいのではないかと思います。
他にもお菓子の「信州限定」バージョンが多数取り扱われています。
お土産を買い忘れた時などに便利なパーキングエリアだと思います。

毎年八ヶ岳に行ってるんですが、なぜかこのPAに止まった事がなかったです(*꒦ິ³꒦ີ)

パーキングエリアなので大きくはないんですが、八ケ岳燻製工房の製品などあっておすすめですよ。

長野はそばや山菜がとても美味しいですね。でも一番好きなのは野沢菜のおやきです。

Kinakomochi I remember going to a lot of rest stops while on my trip In Japan. They had a lot of souvenirs and food. I remember buying a lot to take home for omiyage. By the time I flew back to Hawaii I had a whole box of gifts! Yatsugatake looks like it had a lot of different things. The many rest areas sold products that the region was know for. It was a lovely time! Thank-you!!!
In Japan, I can buy the local omiyage in various places such as station, highway rest stop. What kind of omiyage did you bring back in Hawaii with a box?
I bought a lot of food gift boxes like the special foods that each region is known for. I also bought Japanese material which had such beautiful patterns that I love. I also bought some cast iron nabe pots with bases for sterno heat to cooking. There was so much I bought so I needed a big box to put everything inside. I had a wonderful time!!!
