Soupless tan tan noodles 汁なし担々麺

I came for Kirara. I ordered soupless tan tan noodles.
Szechuan dish of noodles covered

担々麺のスープなしバージョンです。

辛さの調節にラー油をかけます。
スープがないぶんあっさりしてて夏にはいいですね。
