There are so many knives in there that I wouldn't know which one to pick. The most important thing for me is how the knife feels while holding it and cutting. I don't like thick and clumsy blades. Thank-you for sharing your shopping experience!
I like kitchen knives that can cut well. I will injure a knife that can not be cut. I often cook. Cabbagepatch do you cook?
