Methods: Intermittent fasting (One meal a day), 30 min. cardio/day

Food diary: Bowl of fried rice w/ chicken, cream chicken and eggplant, choco-nut (chocolate and coconut) sticky rice dessert ; consumed between 12:08-12:40 pm.

Duration of fast since last meal prior: ~23 hours.

Exercise: 35 total minutes on treadmill; 5 minutes of warm-up starting at a comfortable walking pace at 3.0 mph, increasing 1.0 mph every minute until reaching a running pace of 8.0 mph, before progressing to 30 minutes of HIIT , alternating between one-minute periods of walking and running at 3.0 mph and 8.0 mph, respectively. Treadmill calories-burned counter displayed: 391 calories.
