How to make delicious parathas with my own hands with potatoes

We often want to eat different types of food, so I also wanted to eat potato parathas, so I made potato parathas. And I shared with you, if you like it, you can make it at home. So let's see how I made potato parathas. First, I took six potatoes and cut them into three long pieces, I washed the sliced potatoes well with water three or four times. Then I thought that something else can be given with the potatoes, so while thinking about what to give, I thought that broiler chicken can be given. So, I took a broiler chicken breast from the fridge, soaked it for a while, washed it well and boiled it with the potatoes.
When the potato and chicken pies were completely cooked together, I took them out. After taking them out, I kept them aside to cool. Then I put water on the stove to make the dough, I added soybean oil and a little salt to the water and brought the water to a boil. After boiling, I slowly poured three to four cups of flour into the boiling water and then I kept stirring it slowly and when the flour mixed with the water, I took it out. My younger brother helped me a lot. When the boiled potatoes cooled down, I peeled the skin off them and then someone grated the chicken that I had boiled. Then I chopped the onion well. I added fried dried chilies to it and added the seasoning to my liking because I like spicy food. If you make it, you can add the seasoning to your liking. Then I added salt, onion, and roasted dried chilies, and mixed them together well with salt.
Boiled potatoes, fried dried chilies, boiled meat mixed with it, chopped onion, everything together with salt and mix well. Then I started kneading the dough because the more dough I knead, the better the paratha will be. So after kneading the dough for a while, I rolled it out a little bit and then in the middle of it, I put a little bit of the stuffing that I had made with potatoes in the middle of the bread. Then I made a round from all sides and put it inside and after making it round again, I spread a little light flour on top and lightly rolled it out. It won't be the whole thing, you have to roll it out a little bit. Then I made it one by one, around seven o'clock.
After finishing the preparation, I prepared to fry the parathas, then I put a pan on the stove, heated it slightly and added a little oil. After that, I added the parathas. When I saw that one was cooked, I flipped it over to the other side and then slowly fried it for two minutes. After frying, I added a little more oil and turned it upside down for a while. I fried everything in the same way. Then we all sat down to eat together. Eating together is different. We had a little sauce with the potato paratha. The paratha was so delicious that the sauce and the two together made a wonderful taste that was so delicious that it is impossible to describe. You can make it and eat it once.
