The diary game//An appointment with cardiologist//20th June 2024
How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah....
Today I am going to share my routine with all of you that how I spent my day in getting involved in different activities.
I get up early in the morning and at that time I saw the clock it was around 5:00 a.m. I was feeling that I am not fine and fit in early morning as I was feeling abnormal heart rhythm from 2 days due to tension and stress of my personal life.
In last 2 days I was unable to go for a proper checkup because it was Eid ul azha celebrating in my country especially among all the Muslims but now today I have booked an appointment with my doctor but doctor ask me that he would randomly call me for checkup.
I was waiting for call of my doctor but it was around 1:00 p.m. so it was after noon time in which I took my lunch made by my mother and it was Dal Masoor along with boiled rice. I just take some bites of it.
After that this is you can see that, after my lunch my doctor called me at around 3:30 p.m. and I was in private clinic of my cardiologist. He advised me to stay away from any stressful activity as it can be life threatening for me. With that he also advised some of medical test to me including ECG,EMG and Echo.
After that it was the time when I was going back to home and this is you can see that this is building of private clinics from which sunset view was just looking amazing so I captured it in my mobile phone camera and within next 30 minutes I was in my home.
At night time I was not feeling well to do anything more so I just right some blogs and see that I have to announce my last comment contest winners so I announce best and trees and transferred rewards to them and then within sometime weather was looking pleasant so I took deep breath and then I fell asleep.
