Hope so everyone will be safe and sound here and I am very happy that it's my 5th engagement challenge in which I am participating. I will give my best and try my best to explain this engagement challenge topic and make it more interesting for all of you.

This topic is very specially for those people who are the food lovers especially. I don't think so that there are people in the world who don't like food. I don't know about people but I know about myself that I am a great food lover and I like to taste different foods of different countries so in this engagement challenge I am going to share the most favourite and the most famous food of my place.

Which is famous street food in my place and what about Ingredients?

Nowadays I am living in Lahore but basically I am from shararakpur which is a very famous city of Pakistan and not more far from Lahore so that's why I am going to share the famous street food of my place which is my actual place sharkpur.

Basically Gulab jamun is the very favourite and the traditional recipe of my city shrkpur. The gulab jamun recipe which is a very traditional recipe is famous in all over the Pakistan and specially at the place of shrkpur Gulab jamun are favourite of all people and almost everyone likes to try gulab jamun.

If we move towards the ingredients then ingredients are very simple and their below I am going to share the ingredients with you.

What is the recipe procedure?

The procedure of recipe is very simple and easy. First of all you have to take white flour in a bowl and then add milk in it it is important to note that the amount of white floor will be one cup and the amount of milk will be half cup and then mix both these ingredients very well.

After mixing the two ingredients you have to add 3 to 4 table spoons of oil in the mixture of milk and white flour. After that you have to simply make the balls of milk mixed flour. After making the balls you have to add oil in a pan and then heat the oil at a medium flame.

After hitting the oil at a medium flame you have to just at the balls one by one into the oil and then fry the balls until they gives you a brownish colour which looks very beautiful. After that you will prepare the sweetener and for making the sweetener you have to add two cups of sugar in three cups of water and cook them for 15 minutes at medium flame and stirr them continuously.

When sweetener will be ready then add all the fried balls into the sweetner and the balls will suck the sweetner. You have to dip the balls into the sweetner for at least 30 minutes so that they can suck the sweetener completely.
