How are you? Hope so everyone would be safe and sound just like me as I am also safe Alhamdulillah...
Taking care of humanity is very important for a person if someone have traits of sympathy and empathy. Now I want to explain that which disease I want to exclude if I have power to do this....
AIDS is an autoimmune deficiency disease that I really hate. Nowadays around 38 million people are affected with this disease according to our survey as well as this is also very fatal and dangerous as it always leads to death. This is caused by a human immuno-deficiency virus.Recently in 2020, 1.5 million of death has been occurred at global level which is a high and increasing ratio and it is also alarming because it's spread is very vigorous and quick. There are vaccinations available of this virus but still there is no proper and guaranteed treatment available.
No honestly speaking I don't know any person that have AIDS because this is a disease which is not most common in my country Pakistan and this is a disease which is most common in Africa and Europe but many awareness has been raised in the recent years about this disease but still ratio has not been decreased significantly.
World would be much better without that disease because if there is any disease whose treatment is available and genuine then definitely there is no need to worry about that disease but if there is a disease that is life threatening and that have continues enhancing ratio with time then definitely it is alarming and if through my power I can eradicate this disease then definitely I would save life of people because life straightening diseases should always be totally eradicated.

Es increíble que tantas personas padezcan de VIH, esta enfermedad se ha expandido de una forma increible y es triste ver personas e incluso niños que desde su nacimiento ya han contraído este virus en sus cuerpos. Es por ello que sera genial tener ese poder de erradicar esta enfermedad y librar a la humanidad de poder infectarse con este virus.

Yes you are right that if there is treatment of disease then it can be controlled but if there is no treatment of disease then it can cause problem .And it take away our love lone from us, I like that you want to eradicate that disease whose has no treatment and also is very common in all countries. And due to this disease, it cause many deaths. So I wish you eradicate this disease. And I prayed that people save their lives from this disease

I agree with you that mortality rate has increased with time and it would be increase if we wouldn't control it.
