Variety day

Today I practiced a few skills with light weights. I just wanted mix things up a bit and keep it interesting. It was more of a weighted mobility session than anything. This looks like a lot of work but it took less than an hour and it was actually quite an easy training session.

Warmup

10 Minutes Indian club swinging
Commando rocking
FTW squats
Butterfly hip flows
16 kg Kettlebell Halo's - 5R 5L
24 kg Kettlebell goblet squats - 8 reps

Training

Turkish Get Ups

20kg TGU's 3R, 3L
24kg TGU's 2R. 2L
28kg TGU's 1R, 1L

Diagonal pullovers

20kg - 8R, 8L
24kg - 5R, 5L
28kg - 3R, 3L

Regular pullovers

20kg - 8R, 8L
24kg - 5R, 5L
28kg - 3R, 3L

Floor presses

20kg - 8R, 8L
24kg - 5R, 5L
28kg - 3R, 3L

Parallettes

Plance leans - 2 * 6 seconds
V-sit to Tuck Planche 2 * 4 reps
Straddle press to shoulder stand 2 * 4 reps
HSPU 2 * 3 reps

Rings

Skin the cat 2 * 6 reps
Front lever static hold 2 * 6 seconds
Back lever static hold 2 * 6 seconds

Pullup bar

Weighted pullups bodyweight @ 80kg + 24kg - 5 reps
Weighted pullups bodyweight + 32kg - 3 reps
Ice cream makers 2 * 5 reps

Kettlebell

BUP 20kg 5R, 5L 24kg 3R, 3L
Double clean squat press(CSP) 20kg R 24kg L - 6 reps, 24kg R 20kg L 6 reps,
24kg R, 28kg L - 4 reps, 28kg R, 24kg L 4 reps.

Cooldown

5 minutes Indian club swinging.
